Bus Transportation Program
JTD’s Transportation Program provides families with reliable, safe, and convenient access to campus through six designated bus routes serving neighborhoods across Los Angeles.
In partnership with our trusted bus contractor, we prioritize engaging, supportive drivers who reflect the School’s mission of care, connection, and community.

Nearly half of JTD students ride the bus daily, making transportation an integral part of the JTD experience. Each route fosters a sense of connection, becoming a small community of its own. Bus stops are planned with safety, accessibility, and fairness in mind—based on the home addresses of enrolled riders. Routes are reviewed annually to ensure they remain equitable and responsive to our families’ needs.

A late bus departs campus at 4:30pm to accommodate students participating in after school programs, serving areas with the highest demand.

Beyond convenience, the program helps reduce traffic during drop-off and pick-up, while also lessening our environmental impact by limiting the number of cars on the road. Families who do not utilize the bus are encouraged to carpool when possible.
