Connect with JTD at The Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair
Research shows that a welcoming and inclusive learning environment is critical to student success and a marker of educational excellence.
One crucial component in creating such an environment is having a faculty and staff that reflects the students we teach. As such, we are participating in the eighth annual Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair 2026. More than 30 independent schools in Los Angeles are participating.

The fair will take place both in person for local attendees and virtually for all other attendees, on Saturday, March 7, 2026. Faculty, staff, and administrators who wish to participate can register here.

We hope you will join us on March 7 to learn more about JTD and many other excellent independent schools in Southern California

We provide a caring, respectful, and welcoming environment in which to work. Each member of our Faculty/Staff enjoy generous benefits, a work-life balance, and ample opportunity for professional development and growth.
