Admissions Associate

The John Thomas Dye School, an independent K-6 school located in Los Angeles, is currently seeking an Admissions Associate. The John Thomas Dye School provides for its students a program of academic excellence, one both traditional and dynamic, with a commitment to family and community. JOB SUMMARY: 
The Admissions Associate plays a vital role in setting the tone for families applying to the school and works closely with the Director of Admissions and the Associate Director of Admissions on various parts of the process. The successful candidate will be a thoughtful problem solver who enjoys working with people, is organized, flexible, comfortable using various forms of technology, and demonstrates integrity and warmth in all interactions. Absolute confidentiality and the ability to maintain balanced boundaries when working with families is essential. Experience working in admissions and/or with children and parents in a school setting is preferred. This is an hourly staff position with a year-round schedule.
