Science and Technology Teacher, Grades 4-6

The John Thomas Dye School, an independent K-6 school located in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a full-time Science and Technology Teacher for Grades 4-6. JOB SUMMARY: The Grade 4-6 inSTED (Innovation, Science, Technology, Engineering & Design) Teacher provides instructional strategies and skills that will enable students to master the skills which foster best practices in science, technology, engineering, and design, with a knowledge base and passion for teaching students. JTD's instead program is an interdisciplinary program with co-teaching for science classes and the addition of a 3rd teacher who is a technology integration specialist for technology classes.
