JTD Celebrates the School's 94th Birthday!

By Kate Merritt
On Wednesday, February 1, the JTD community gathered together to celebrate the School's 94th Birthday!
Kindergarten students donned their festive birthday hats and joined their Grade 6 buddies on the Lawn for Morning Assembly. Following our the Pledge of Allegiance and The Salutation of the Dawn, Ms. Helm led students singing Happy Birthday and then "skip counting" to 94!

Our Grade 6 students then blew out birthday candles before all students enjoyed birthday cupcakes in honor of this special day in the life of our School.

Not only is February 1 the day that The Brentwood Town & Country School opened its doors, but it's the day that the Bel Air Town & Country School moved to the campus here on the hill, and in 2021, it's the day that we welcomed all students back to campus after being remote for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Happy Birthday, JTD!
