JTD launches "New Greyhound in Town"

By Kate Merritt
Transferring to a new school can be hard. So this year, JTD launched "New Greyhound in Town," a group for new and former transfer students to connect! For most of the school year, this group of students has been meeting in a virtual Zoom Room over lunch once a month to play games, learn more about JTD, and have fun!
This week, these Greyhounds were finally able to meet in person! New and former transfer students were divided up into teams and had a blast completing a scavenger hunt, looking for JTD symbols all over campus!

Where can you find The 5C's, the School's core values, on campus? Do you see the gold plaque with "The Salutation of the Dawn"? Is that a statue of our School mascot, Yaz? These super sleuths tracked down the answers to these questions and more. It was a great day to be a New Greyhound in Town!
