Research shows that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment is critical to student success and a marker of educational excellence. One crucial component in creating such an environment is having a diverse faculty and staff that reflects the beautiful mosaic of students we teach. As such, we are participating in the third annual Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair 2021 to recruit faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups. More than 50 independent schools in Los Angeles are participating.
The fair will take place virtually from 9:00am-12:00pm. The link will be provided to registrants. In addition to the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from panelists on a variety of topics relevant to working in an independent school. Please see this flyer with the details.

In order to participate in the fair, job candidates must submit a resume using the link below by Friday, February 5, 2021 Register here.
